Terms & Conditions For The Workshops

These Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops organized by AURA Models.

1. Registration and Acceptance

Submission of a workshop registration form constitutes an application to attend the workshop. Acceptance is confirmed only once payment has been received and reflected in the AURA Models bank account.

Workshops have limited capacity and placements are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

AURA Models reserves the right to accept or decline registrations at its discretion.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required to secure a place in the workshop.

Payment must be made using the official banking details provided by AURA Models.

When making payment via EFT, the participant’s full name must be used as the payment reference.

Failure to provide the correct reference may delay confirmation of the booking.

If payment is not reflected by the day of the workshop, the participant’s place will not be considered secured.

3. No Refund Policy

All workshop payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by AURA Models.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Participant cancellation

  • Non-attendance

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Illness

  • Travel delays

  • Incorrect payment references

  • Late payments

In exceptional circumstances, AURA Models may, at its sole discretion, allow a participant to transfer their booking to another person or a future workshop date.

4. Workshop Modifications

AURA Models reserves the right to:

  • Change workshop dates

  • Change the workshop venue

  • Adjust workshop content or format

  • Replace or add instructors

  • Cancel or postpone a workshop if necessary

If a workshop is postponed by AURA Models, participants may be offered a place in the rescheduled workshop.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Follow workshop instructions

  • Maintain professional conduct

  • Respect other participants and instructors

Failure to comply may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

6. Media and Promotional Use

Participants acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the workshop.

These materials may be used by AURA Models for:

  • Marketing

  • Social media

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Website content

  • Training materials

By attending the workshop, participants grant AURA Models permission to use such content unless written notice is provided before the workshop begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

AURA Models will not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury sustained during the workshop

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

Participants attend workshops at their own risk.

8. Agreement

By registering for and paying for a workshop, the participant confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

  • Agree to comply with all workshop policies

  • Accept the payment and refund policy

  • Understand that their place is only secured once payment has been reflected.
